Why God Is Asking For Our Whole Heart

Today's encouragement is based on Psalm 24:3-4 where it says, "Who can ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully." NKJV. Together we explore the implications of this scripture and come to the conclusion that God is looking for our whole heart, not a divided heart, or divided love. Just like the enemy needs access points to operate in the natural, we also need an access point into the spiritual realm. Our access point into the Kingdom of God is Jesus Christ. Join us as we talk about how we access the Kingdom of God through Christ, and what that means for our prayer life.
In order for us to walk with God we have to learn to elevate God's will above our thoughts, feelings and emotions. However, this is only the beginning - the key to long term success is learning to stay in communion with God every day so that our lamp is always full of oil. When we are full then we can continue to pour out in the areas where God is calling us to minister.
